Terms & Conditions
1. The payment of invoices for quoted jobs that are scheduled will need to be paid 48hrs prior to works commencing on the site
2. Works that have been scheduled to commence, but that have not been paid for 48hrs prior, will trigger a work disruption fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted works and cancelled.
*This has been implemented due to the financial strain on the business caused by multiple late payments and last second cancelations, where other jobs could have been given priority and/or where staff time has been wasted on travel/waiting. This fee may be revoked, within reason, if the customer has liaised with the team, providing a valid cause for cancelation/late payment. Please reach out to us, if this is the case, to discuss.
3. If payments have been made within the respected time frame mentioned (48hrs prior) for quoted scheduled jobs, but then need to be cancelled within 48hrs of the works commencing, please contact our team to discuss on how to move forward with regards to work disruption fees, refunds, or rescheduling for these types of cancellations.
4. Before and after pictures may be used for social media purpose.
5. The condition of the work carried out is not longer the responsibility of the business but is transferred to the client after we inspected together and leave the place.
6. Saturdays will be apply 10% weekend fee, sundays and public holidays will be apply 15% fee.
